This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the getAItaxfiler Pro subscription, sold by GetAItaxfiler.

30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with getAItaxfiler Pro, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service enquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us through the app and we will pass the request on.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and usually takes a few business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in the app, or through the billing portal linked there. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access to AI document review, deduction finding and filing continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not pro-rated beyond the money-back guarantee above.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice or believe a charge was made in error, contact us or Paddle and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full, regardless of the 30-day window.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the date shown above, and we will always honour the terms that were in place when you paid.
